Swanson’s normally ships your orders within 48 hours (business days only) and we normally ship by USPS unless it would be less expensive for us to ship UPS.

The transportation company relieves Swanson Christian Products of responsibility when the goods are picked up at our dock. What this means to you is that once the merchandise has been picked up by the carrier, Swanson Christian Products is no longer responsible to any damage that occured during shipment or for any delays the carrier may be experiencing.

In case of loss or damage in shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier immediately, then contact Swanson’s Customer Service Department at (615) 896-4114.

Swanson-direct does not ship outside of the US.
